Pay Rent
Tenants have access to our tenant portal, which will be activated after the lease has been completed. Tenants can use the portal for maintenance requests, paying rent, and receiving any necessary notifications regarding their property. Your options for paying rent are in the account portal or at our local office.

Account Portal
1. eCheck
Pay with an eCheck by using your bank account and routing number. This is the easiest option and there are no additional fees. After selecting the eCheck option in the portal, you will need to enter your bank account and routing number and continue until you pay the amount you wish. After this payment, you will receive an email receipt, and the payment will be posted to your tenant account. If you pay on or before the first, it will be considered on time even if the money takes a few days to withdraw from your account.
2. Credit or Debit Card
Select the debit/credit card option to pay with a card. You will need to enter in your card number, expiration date, CVV & billing address, and continue until you pay the amount you wish. Payments with a card will send an email receipt, and they will post to your tenant account the same day, though card payments incur an additional, variable service fee, which is charged by the software company. So, we recommend paying with an eCheck.

Local
Check Payment
Personal or business check, cashier’s check, or money order
You can obtain a check or money order made out to Alderview Real Estate for your rent amount and either mail or bring that check to our office at 4200 Meridian Street, Suite 100, Bellingham, WA 98225.
